Peter D DiPaola, Chief Executive Officer
From his broad experience within the industry, Pete has become well versed in relating current change with ongoing strategy. This strategic focus serves as a cornerstone for the growth of G3.
Pete has worked in the telecom industry since 1972; beginning his career at GTE, where he held various management positions on both a local and national level. In 1983 he joined KLF; assuming responsibility over all Sales Management and Marketing within the organization. His history of success at KLF lead to a Regional Vice-President position within Expanets in 1998 following the acquisition.
His experience working within a large corporate structure has allowed him to draw from those practices and apply them within a smaller, more nimble organization. Amongst those who know him, Pete is highly regarded for being a strong leader, an effective team builder, and an extremely goal-oriented individual.

Raymond Hoffman, Chief Operating Officer
Long tenure within the industry combined with an unparalleled intuition for business management have provided Ray with a strong foundation for developing effective and efficient operating strategies. Applying his background in finance and process management, Ray has been able to develop cost effective and time efficient operating procedures within G3. This operational efficiency provides a competitive advantage, and is instrumental to the ongoing growth of G3.
Ray's experience with operations management began with Comcast Cable in 1977. After 8 years with Comcast, he joined KLF as Vice-President of Operations; assuming responsibility over all Operations and Process Management. Following the acquisition, Ray was promoted to a General Management position within Expanets; overseeing the development of a corporate-wide IT system for field service and dispatch, project management, and order entry.
Amongst those who know him, Ray is highly regarded for his passion toward business, his dedication to excellence, and his ability to lead others in the direction of success.

James Heckman, Chief Financial Officer
From his extensive background in finance and administration, Jim has become affluent with business financing decisions and their implications on front line operations. He is able to communicate financial benchmarks and previous period results to other managers and employees in an understandable fashion. His ability to communicate financial goals throughout the organization is critical to the overall success and growth of G3.
Jim began his career in finance working for Essex and Franklin Electric. With 12 years of finance experience, he joined KLF as Controller & Vice-President Finance & Administration. Following the acquisition, Jim was promoted to Business Unit Controller and Regional Controller for Expanets. Through his experience, Jim has been able to design and implement financial measurement and reporting systems that provided timely, relevant, and reliable information for making business decisions.
Among those who know him, Jim is regarded as a devout Christian with a strong commitment to his family and to doing what is right. His sense of doing the right thing dictates how he interacts with employees, customers, and suppliers. Jim is also highly regarded for his strong work ethic and tremendous drive to see things through to successful completion.

Lisa Hill, Vice President of Sales
As an esteemed graduate from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Lisa has complimented her education with over 15 years of work experience in the telecom industry. Lisa's background has helped her to understand evolving technology and to be able to match business applications with client needs. Her customer-focused sales approach is key to retaining clients and attracting repeat business.
Lisa began her sales career with AT&T; serving as a Major Account Manager for some of the organization's largest clients. Following AT&T, she joined Lucent Technologies as a Major Account Manager and eventually served as Regional Vice-President of Sales under Lucent's Gem Division. When Expanets acquired the Gem Division, Lisa was promoted to a Regional Sales Manager position for the new organization. Lisa is known for her passionate energy, honesty, and integrity. She is highly regarded for her ability to develop, motivate, and coach sales teams. She nows serves as the Vice President of Sales for G3 Technology Partners.

Jan C Boser, Director of Operations
Jan has worked in the telecom industry for more than 21 years. This tenure has been split across firms such as Business Telephone, Northern Telecom, Centel, Tel-Plus, Siemens, KLF, and Expanets. From his broad work experience, Jan has been able to assess and compare a number of different operating strategies and procedures. He has been able to take his experience in logistics and project management and apply it within G3. This insight has proved invaluable to developing an operating structure that is both flexible and geared toward growth.
