Indianapolis, IN – January 18, 2011 – As a long standing Avaya Business Partner, G3 Technology Partners is proud to announce the completion of necessary requirements to earn Avaya’s Full Service Accreditation for the following legacy Nortel platforms: CS1000, CallPilot, and BCM. This follows Avaya’s announcement of its acquisition of Nortel’s enterprise business assets early last year. Following the announcement, G3 has dedicated multiple sales and technical assets in order to meet the stringent guidelines for certification set forth by Avaya.
The Nortel certification authorizes G3, an Avaya Gold Partner, to fully support the entire Avaya product portfolio (which now includes Nortel) and provide communications solutions to clients regardless of their system type. Being competent in both Avaya and Nortel solutions provides current and future G3 customers with investment protection and expanded choices. “This is a great benefit to our clients, particularly those that have a mix of Avaya and Nortel platforms in their network.
