G3 Technology Partners and Dugdale Communications announce that they will merge operations

Indianapolis, Indiana, May 14th 2009 - G3 Technology Partners, an industry leader in designing, implementing and supporting state-of-the-art converged voice and data solutions, and Dugdale Communications, a industry leading company specializing in IP Telephony solutions from industry-leading suppliers such as AVAYA and AVST announced today that they have arrived at an agreement to merge operations. The merged companies will integrate operations at the G3 Technology Partners facility on Delegates Row in Indianapolis. The merger will result in one of the largest privately held voice and data system integration companies in the Midwest.
